Deux cols à Franchir sur une distance de 88km et 849 m de dénivelé positif : « cols des Francescos et de Llauro «
Le départ se fait sur le parking de la piscine du Moulin à vent de Perpignan. 
Prenez la piste cyclable vers le sud. Ensuite engagez vous sur la successions de trois giratoires en prenant en face en direction de Villeneuve de la Raho.
A l’entrée du bourg au rond point continuez en face vers le centre ville pour passer un petit coup de cul à 12%. Sur la placette en haut tournez à droite pour descendre ves les terrains de sport et le lac et poursuivez tout droit vers Bages. Sorti de la commune vous continuez à travers vigne pour aborder une nouvelle intersection.
Prenez à gauche vers Bages. Arrivé dans le village, traversez le en direction de Thuir. Vers la sortie, avant d’arriver à la cave coopérative, tournez à gauche vers St Jean Laseille. Vous enchainez deux bosses avant d’arriver dans le village ou vous continuez à droite vers Villemolaque.
Au giratoire avec la nationale prendre en face vers Villemolaque puis suivez la route qui part à droite. Traversez Villemolaque et à la sortie prenez à gauche vers Passa. 
Continuez et au carrefour suivant prendre à droite vers Fourques. Arrivé au village tournez à gauche et traversé le bourg en direction de Lllauro. quelques kilomètres plus loin vous allez effectué la montée du col des Francescos qui vous amènera ensuite à l’entrée du village de LLauro. Là tournez à gauche vers Vives et entamez une belle descente qui vous conduira après avoir traversez ce bourg à celui de St Jean Pla de Corps.
Une fois passé le passage à niveau prenez à droite au carrefour. Vous vous retrouvez sur une belle route, mais à grande circulation. Poursuivez votre route en direction de Céret. Dans cette ville, juste avant le pont tournez à droite vers Llauro. Vous passez sous un tunnel et vous vous retrouvez dans la montée du col de lllauro qui ne présente aucune difficulté notable, mais vous permettra d’admirer de beaux panoramas. Au sommet continuez en face pour aller à LLauro.
Passé le bourg vous vous retrouvez au col des Francescos mais en sens inverse. Au bas de la descente, vous avez une grande ligne droite ; au bout tournez à droite sur la petite route « chemin de Passa » qui vous conduit à ce village. Attention, il y a une petite descente et juste après un raidart de 400m à plus de 10%. Ensuite c’est toujours tout droit.
A Passa, prenez à droite vers Tresserre et passé ce bourg en direction de Banyuls des Aspres ; au giratoire avec la nationale c’est en face vers Banyuls. Vous traversez ce village par le centre ville en passant sur la belle placette pavé et prenez la direction de Brouilla. Une petite descente vous amène dans ce bourg, où au giratoire vous prenez vers Ortaffa/ Montescot. Ensuite continuez tout droit vers Montescot. En arrivant au rond point c’est à droite, puis au rond point suivant à aguche et dans le bourg au giratoire à droite et au carrefour suivant à gauche en direction de Corneilla del Vercols.
Vous atteignez ce bourg en passant sous un tunnel, au giratoire prenez à gauche vers Theza et au giratoire suivant à droite vers Theza. Vous traversez le village vers Alenya. Vous arrivez à un rond point où vous tournez à gauche vers Salleiles. Ensuite continuez tout droit en direction de Cabestany. Traversez cette ville en suivant la direction Perpignan que vous atteindrez en arrivant sur le périphérique. Prenez à gauche et suivez le direction Elne, puis au quatrième giratoire à droite vers centre ville et Moulin à vent pour revenir à votre point de départ.
